“Dear residents of Kashatagh և Shahumyan districts, please do not be in a hurry, do not take your property out of your homes.

The issues of territorial concessions and the terms announced in that context have not been discussed with the Artsakh authorities yet. When these discussions take place, there will be relevant clarifications, the Government of Artsakh will make a relevant statement.”
