The State Emergency Situations Service of Artsakh informs that on the night of 2-3 November, relative calm was generally observed in peaceful settlements.

However, at dawn the enemy resumed operations and opened fire from “Smerch” installation in the direction of Martuni and Shushi cities.

There are no victims.

The situation is relatively calm in other settlements.
