Artsakh Human Rights Defender Artak Beglaryan wrote on his Twitter page that the analysis of the video spread on 24 October proves that the footage of the shooting of a seriously wounded Armenian soldier by an Azerbaijani soldier is real.
“Our analysis shows that this is a real video of the recent clashes, where an Azeri soldier shoots a severely wounded Armenian soldier. Thus, the international community remains blind, Azerbaijan continues to commit war crimes,” Beglaryan wrote.
