“Today, I sent a letter to H.E. Mark Lowcock, Under-Secretary-General for Humanitarian Affairs, and Emergency Relief Coordinator. I have drawn H.E. Lowcock’s attention to the war unleashed by Azerbaijan against Artsakh, which has caused unspeakable pain and irreversible consequences to the civilian population of Artsakh both now and in the years to come. By the letter to Mr. Lowcock, I have invited international humanitarian organizations to join us in responding to the humanitarian crisis.”
