Vahram Poghosyan, Spokesman for Artsakh President Arayik Harutyunyan reports:

“Today, the parliament unanimously adopted the draft law “On Making Amendments to the Law on Defense.”

The draft law defines the concept of “people’s militia”, the goals, the structure, the order of formation, the relations related to the preparation, use, subordination, leadership, recruitment of people’s militia in peacetime and during a war.”
