The villages of Shatvan, and Mets Masrik of Gegharkunik region was attacked by artillery and UAVs. One civilian was killed and two civilians were injured. This information was presented separately to the Human Rights Defender.  Human Rights Defender reported.

A civilian informed the Human Rights Defender that the attack UAV fell on 2 residential houses, burning the houses.

It is strongly condemned that the attacks were carried out on residential houses and at night, when people are confidently at home, and in many cases already asleep. These are gross violations of international humanitarian law.

Shatvan is the village where UAV appeared above the  working group headed by the Human Rights Defender yesterday, due to which they had to stop yesterday’s fact-finding work.
