263 new cases of coronavirus have been registered from the 1993 test. Assessing the situation of the previous 2-3 weeks, the situation is stabilizing.
The Minister of Health Arsen Torosyan said this today, on 20 August, during the government sitting.
“Given the economic activity and mobility of the population, including the number of citizens returning to Armenia, I think it will be very difficult to have fewer cases per day, if the situation I say is maintained, it seems that our decision is such that the situation will be maintained,” the minister said.
Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan mentioned: “Stability is relative, because at any moment that stability can change, become instability. It seems to me that we, and the society, are reacting with excessive enthusiasm to the pre-fall of the numbers.”
