The delegation headed by NA Speaker Ararat Mirzoyan will be in Stepanakert on May 21-22 to take part in the inauguration ceremony of the newly elected President of the Artsakh Republic Arayik Harutyunyan.

In Stepanakert, Ararat Mirzoyan will have meetings with Arayik Harutyunyan and Arthur Tovmasyan, Speaker of the National Assembly of the Republic of Artsakh.
