On 18 May, 2020, the Nature Protection and Subsoil Inspection Body received a call from G. Khangeldyan, a resident of Dzor-2 district, Davtashen community, Yerevan city, informing about the fox found in the storage room in his own garden.

The employees of the inspection body immediately left for the scene, where they found a 1-month-old female fox. The external examination showed no injury on the animal.
According to the citizen, the fox entered the garden from Hrazdan gorge.
Officers of the Animal Welfare Department of the Inspection Body and the employees of the Territorial Departments of Yerevan transferred the animal to a mobile cage, then released it in the territory of “Jrvezh” reserve complex.
