The presence of a mask in the open area is mandatory, not wearing. At the special sitting of the National Assembly, the NA Deputy Naira Zohrabyan called on the Ministry of Justice Vahe Danielyan to present the requirements more clearly.
She added that the fines imposed were disproportionate and now the question is, will they be canceled? Vahe Danielyan answered that the previously established fine in the amount of 100 thousand AMD is high for being fined for not having a mask, and now the draft law “On Making Addenda and Amendments to the Code on Administrative Offenses” envisages imposing a fine of 10 thousand AMD.
