The Mayor of Etchmiadzin Diana Gasparyan laid flowers at the “Eternal Fire” memorial.

Today is one of the most glorious and significant days in our history. We celebrate the 75th anniversary of the victory in the Great Patriotic War, the day of the liberation of Shushi and the establishment of the Artsakh Defense Army.

Unlike previous years, this time the events organized in the whole territory of Armenia and Artsakh are non-mass. Due to the coronavirus epidemic, the events are purely ceremonial.

The Mayor of Etchmiadzin Diana Gasparyan, the staff of the Municipality, the members of the Council of Elders and the members of the officer staff of the N military unit of Etchmiadzin, in gratitude to the Armenians who sacrificed their lives in the Patriotic and Artsakh wars, laid flowers at the “Eternal Fire” memorial.

This day is a symbol that at crucial moments for the homeland we unite for the benefit of our country and our future.
