By the decision N 5 of 14.04.2020 of the Commandant of the Republic of Artsakh, temporary restrictions on the right of free movement of persons were established in Kochoghot, Haterk and Verin Horatagh of Mratakert region, Karvachar of Shahumyan region and Tsitsernavank, Mirik and Moshatagh communities of Kashatagh region region of the Republic.

By the decision N 7 of 17.04.2020, of the Commandant the restrictions defined by the above-mentioned decision in the communities of Tsitsernavank, Mirik and Moshatagh of Kashatagh region, and by the decision N 10 of 28.04.2020 of the communities of Kochoghot, Haterk and Verin Horatagh communities of Martakert region were removed.
By today’s new decision N 11 of the Commandant of theRepublic of Artsakh, dated 02.05.2020, the previous decision is recognized invalid, ie that in the Karvachar community of the Shahumyan region, the previously defined restrictions are removed as well.
