The Central Bank has issued a statement, which reads:

We would like to inform about the numerous applications and complaints submitted in connection with “Varks AM” CJSC recently.

As it is known, by the decision of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia dated 13.03.2020 No. 13 ԾՕՀ-Ա, the license of the Organization was revoked. Based on the above, the liquidation commission of the Organization has already been formed in accordance with the RA legislation, to which you can now address your complaints or clarify all the issues related to your obligations.

We would like to inform that in connection with the numerous questions submitted by to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia, the liquidation commission made statements, addressing the issues of concern of the citizens.
