Governor of Ararat Garik Sargsyan issued a statement saying:

“Due to the new coronavirus disease situation in the republic, the multi-profile medical center in Artashat has been retrofitted into an infectious medical center.

From now on, patients with coronavirus disease will be moved here. The latter will provided hospital care at the Center.

It should be noted, however, that coronavirus testing will not be performed here.”
