Combined with sufficient evidence obtained during the preliminary investigation of the criminal case being investigated at the RA Special Investigation Service, it was established that Narek Samsonyan, President of the Civic Consciousness NGO, made an allegation of false crime reporting against the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia by attributing committing the crime of abuse of official authority provided for in Article 308 (1) of the Criminal Code.

The Special Investigative Service informs.

Narek Samsonyan was charged with Article 333, Part 1 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Armenia for committing a false crime reporting.

The preliminary investigation of the criminal case over Narek Samsonyan is over. The case was handed over to the prosecuting supervisor with a motion to send it to court.
