By the decision of the Government the following amendments have been made in the Annex to the Decision # 298-N of 16 March, 2020 “On Declaring a State of Emergency in the Republic of Armenia”:

1) Paragraph 23 shall read as follows:

“Current and new cases of new coronavirus infections in the Republic of Armenia, as well as outside the Republic of Armenia, health status of persons, sources of infection, scope of other persons present status or potentially infected, number of persons undergoing (testing) and isolated, about the activities carried out by the authorized in the field of health body and the data related thereto, as well as publications, public dissemination, transmission of information materials, interviews, reports (hereinafter referred to as “broadcasts”),: about information that may contain a real danger of panic or cause panic, including through their publications on websites and social networks, by individuals and legal entities, including by the mass media, shall be only by reference to the information provided by the Commandant’s Office(hereinafter official information). “

2) Paragraph 25 shall read as follows:

«25. the restrictions provided for in this Chapter shall not apply to:

1) Reports made by public officials or references to their reports;

2) Links to the official websites of heads of foreign state, government bodies and/or their representatives, and official pages on social networks;

(3) Links to official websites of international organizations accredited in the Republic of Armenia and/or official websites or social network websites of international organizations to which the Republic of Armenia is a member.”
