Minister of Education, Science, Culture and Sport Arayik Harutyunyan stated at a March 18 press conference that steps are being taken for distance learning. He mentioned that every morning from 8:30 to 9:30 and 11: 30-12: 40 classes will be held on Public Television. The Minister recently issued a new statement saying:
“Ucom has provided us with a separate TV channel for broadcasting educational programs. We also received a call from Rostelecom recently. They also offered a good cooperation.
