The National Assembly is debating the adoption of the draft law “On Confiscation of Property of Illegal Origin” and Related Laws submitted by the Government in the first reading.

NA Deputy Artak Manukyan asked the speaker, Justice Minister Rustam Badasyan, whether the draft law envisages clarification on whether the godfather is a close relative or not. He also asked based on what criteria the cryptocurrency would be defined.
