The criminal case on Mnatasakn B. is in the proceedings of the Court of General Jurisdiction of Lori marz.
The latter is charged for the fact that in the period of 31 January through 15 February 2012 he had quarreled with his sister, Viktoria, on different occasions and beat her causing moderate harm to her health. On 5 April he severely beat his sister.
