The Court of General Jurisdiction of Ararat and Vayoc Dzor Regions is considering the criminal case brought against Gevorg M.
On 17 July 2012, at 16:00 the accused, passing by his bicycle, noticed the car of Serob Kh., an inhabitant of Village Lusarat of Ararat region. He came to the car and without any reason woken up the driver Serob, who was sleeping in his car. He considered the driver’s remark towards him as inappropriate, removed him from the car and started to beat him with hooligan motives.
The recognizance not to leave was selected as a measure of restraint.
Note. Everyone charged with a criminal offence shall be presumed innocent until proved guilty by the court verdict lawfully entered into force as prescribed by Criminal Procedure Code.
