We would have no opportunity to apply responsibility measures in case of infringements in the declarations on property and income: Suren Krmoyan
On 13 March, the Draft Law “On Making Amendments to the RA Law on Public Service” was discussed at the extraordinary sitting of the National Assembly. Deputy Justice Minister Suren Krmoyan presented the draft, noting that under the created situation the Commission on Ethics of High-Ranking Officials of Armenia is not authorized to accept the declarations of property and income of the officials.
