MP Vahagn Hovakimyan announced the results of the secret ballot by the MPs for the President of the NA from the podium of the National Assembly.

“132 out of 132 MPs participated in the voting. After opening the secret ballot box in the temporary counting committee the committee revealed thattThere were 132 ballot papers in the ballot box, one of which was declared invalid. The votes were distributed as follows: Ararat Mirzoyan – 131 – “for”, “0” against,” he noted.

Ararat Mirzoyan became the President of the National Assembly.
