The RA President Armen Sarsgayn signed a decree on May 10, which reads:

“Based on the Prime Minister’s proposal, pursuant to Article 1, Part 1, of Article 133 of the Constitution and Article 4.1 (1) of the Law of the Republic of Armenia” On National Security Bodies”.

To dismiss Georgi Kootoyan from the post of Director of the National Security Service of the Republic of Armenia.”

Notably, today Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has issued a proposal to the RA President to dismiss Chief of the RA Police Vladimir Gasparyan and NSC Director Georgi Kutoyan.
