On 22 April, the Defense Ministry of Azerbaijan, in order to cover its provocations on the line of contact, spread a message in which the information circulated on the frontline on April 21 by the Ministry of Defense of Artsakh described as a distortion of public attention from fake and mass disturbances. This practice was fully expected and fully fit into the tactics adopted by Baku’s military-political leadership.
