According to the RA Law on Amendments and Supplements to the RA Civil Procedure Code” adopted on 10 June 2014, the physical and juridical persons may submit a cassation complaint only through the advocate.
The RA Administrative Procedure Code which came into force on 1 January 2014 provides the same regulation.
