The parking issue for the “Mika Kids” children’s dental clinic located at Vahagn Davtyan ¼ remains unresolved, with various state bodies failing to provide a comprehensive answer: is there a violation or not, what legal regulation should apply?

Months ago, Iravaban.net received alerts about parking problems in that area.

The Car Mark car showroom is located next to the clinic, directed by Karen Hovsepyan, with Lilit Khojayan as the real beneficiary.

Despite the presence of a sign permitting parking in that area, the Car Mark showroom’s vehicles continue to be displayed in that space—all new and without license plates.

These cars occupy the entire parking area, and even if one or two spaces remain free, they ignore the existing sign indicating that this area is a public parking lot and place no-parking signs to park their personal vehicles.

The clinic director told us during our conversation that they have been working there for 1 year and have not had any problems until now.

Being aware of this situation, the competent state bodies have not yet given any legal assessment to create a bilaterally constructive atmosphere, ensure legal equality, and comprehensively solve the problem.
