GRECO has published the supplement to Armenia’s 4th round evaluation second compliance report.
The new report notes that Armenia has made significant progress in implementing recommendations given in 2015.

There has been progress in implementing recommendations during 2023-2024.

One recommendation was to review the Ministry of Justice’s role in disciplinary proceedings against judges. This has been partially implemented. The issues of parliament members’ code of conduct and lack of a permanent Ethics Committee remain partially implemented and problematic.
