The Ministry of Justice has submitted for public discussion a draft on making amendments to the law on mediation.

As a result of the adoption of the draft, it is expected to reform the institution of mediation in the Republic of Armenia, to provide legislative incentives aimed at developing mediation as an alternative means of dispute resolution, which will also lead to easing the workload of courts.
