Tigran Avinyan’s speech has crossed the boundaries of legitimacy: The CPC has issued its first conclusion on the violation of the code of conduct
On June 4, the Corruption Prevention Commission initiated proceedings against Tigran Avinyan regarding the statements made during the Yerevan City Council session.
Commission member Lilit Aleksanyan notes that Council members also made statements that apparently do not comply with the code of conduct, but proceedings have been initiated only against the Mayor of Yerevan.
The Commission has found that Tigran Avinyan violated the code of conduct.
