During the procedural session of the Yerevan Municipality on 1 April, Mayor Tigran Avinyan referred to the use of certain control tools in kindergartens.

In particular, cameras will be installed in all kindergartens operating under Yerevan Municipality, all kindergartens must be equipped with cameras, which must have access for several people. The municipality should make sure that kindergartens have a favorable environment for children.

Notably, in December 2023, videos, where teachers were abusing children, were spread on the social network. It can be seen in one of them, how the teacher of a private kindergarten hits a child in the face. Shouting at the children can be heard in another video.
