Vahe Khalatyan, judge of the Court of the First Instance of Armavir Marz rejected the motion of Andranik Hakobyan, the advocate of A, currently the prisoner at “Nubarashen” penitentiary, to release the latter on the personal guarantees provided by the NA deputies Galust Sahakyan and Artak Davtyan.
A is charged for the attempt to destruct the property of another person and hooliganism. The defendant does not accept the accusation.
