Citizens have several days to legalize voluntary constructions with the former cadastral price. You have to apply to the municipality by 31 January. The National Assembly adopted a law on this on 20 January.

If the citizen applies to the head of the community before 31 January for the legalization of the voluntary structure, on the basis of that application the mayor adopts a favorable administrative act, the voluntary construction, the lands allocated for them in accordance with the established procedure, will be alienated to the citizen by the sale prices (previous coefficients and cadastral values) valid until 31 December, 2020).
