Early in the morning of 27 September, the Republic of Azerbaijan started active shelling along the entire line of contact. Hot battles have been going on for three days already. 

Iravaban.net spoke about the situation with Ruben Melkonyan, a Turkologist and Dean of the Faculty of Oriental Studies at Yerevan State University. 

According to the Turkologist, such a situation has never happened. According to him, one of the most powerful armies, Turkey, is fighting together with Azerbaijan against us. 

Touching upon the borders of Armenia, Ruben Melkonyan said that an attack on our borders by Turkey is expected, especially from Nakhichevan. As for how much the battles will last, Ruben Melkanyan said that in the modern world, battles of this scale do not last long, and expressed hope that this time will not last long.
