The title of the 202nd video material of “Informed Citizen” program is: “The Employers pays Penalty for Failure to Pay the Wages.” Anahit Hakobyan, Advocate, member of the Armenian Young Lawyers Association is the expert of the program. In case when the wages are paid late of the terms provided by the law, the collective agreement or agreed by the parties through the fault of the employer, the employer pays a fine for each day of delay at the rate of 0,15% of the due salary but no more than the amount of the whole salary.
