The title of the 197th video material of “Informed Citizen” program is: “State Registration of the Transportation Mean.” Arpine Yeghikyan, AYLA member, Advocate of “Armenia Against Corruption” project is the expert of the program. An assignment of a debt under a transaction rights under which are subject to state registration must be registered by the procedure established for registration of these rights, unless otherwise provided by the law.
