The title of the 169th video material of “Informed Citizen” program is: “Is Mirage of the Foreigners authorized in Armenia?” Syuzanna Soghomonyan, Advocate, Member of the Armenian Young Lawyers Association is the expert of the program. Applications for permission on registration of marriage between the foreigners, stateless people, citizens of the RA permanently living in foreign countries are submitted to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the RA, which provides such permissions.
