Ani Khachatryan, a member of the Yerevan Council of Elders, had earlier appealed to Yerevan Mayor Hayk Marutyan and said there were people present at the meeting who she knew nothing about. “There are strangers in the hall, and its’s a surprise for us to see them.”

Hasmik Khachunts, a member of the “My Step” faction of the Council of Elders, apologized to those present for her colleague’s “behavior”, which caused her discontent. “I have not allow to apologize instead of me,” Ani Khachatryan said.
