The title of the 143rd video material of “Informed Citizen” program is: “Actions in case of Inaccuracies in the List of Electors.” Sona Harutyunyan, Advocate, Member of the Armenian Young Lawyers Association is the expert of the program. The Election Commissions have no right to make any change – addition or correction – in voter lists, on their own initiative (including in the additional lists). The exception is made only for correction of spelling mistakes and technical omissions, on the day of elections in the polling stations, as well as in the case in compliance to the requirement provided in Article 13 of the Electoral Code of the Republic of Armenia.
