The title of the 138th video material of “Informed Citizen” program is: “Who can serve as an Observer at the Elections?” Sona Harutyunyan, Advocate, Member of the Armenian Young Lawyers Association is the expert of the program. The Electoral Code of the RA does not provide any restrictions of the rights provided by law. No one (including the election committees) is entitled to put out the observer(s) from the voting room or isolate them from being present during the work of the election committee, except for the cases of their apprehension or arrest.
