Taron Simonyan, on considering one day of detention, as 1.5 days
On March 5, the National Assembly voted against the issue of inclusion the Draft Law “On Making Addendum to the RA Criminal Code” in the agenda of 2nd session of the 7th convocation.
It was suggested that the period of detention be settled as 1.5 days for 1 day before the entry of the verdict into force. The MPs voted 35 “for”, 61 “against”, and 4 “abstentions”.
