The court ruling on the motion of the Special Investigation Service on choosing detention as a measure of restraint against the former Deputy Prime Minister Armen Gevorgyan  was publicized at the Avan residence of the Yerevan Court of General Jurisdiction.

The court did not meet the request of the Special Investigation Service, Armen Gevorgyan was not detained.

Notably, Armen Gevorgyan was accused of interfering in the activities of the court.
