During the past five days, the Court of Appeal continues examining complaints on the decision on choosing the measure of restraint for the second president of Armenia Robert Kocharyan.

R. Kocharian’s lawyer, Aram Orbelyan, said in a conversation with journalists on December 4 that they had submitted a petition and replied to the whether there was evidence that Robert Kocharyan had hindered the criminal investigation.
