There is no Quorum in the National Assembly: Ara Babloyan
There is no quorum in the National Assembly. NA Speaker Ara Babloyan proposed to continue their work in the offices.
“We have to be more attentive by 11 o’clock and when we have quorum when the Secretariat calls us to the hall, I ask to come so that we can properly vote and adopt the laws that we need in the future for our work,” he said.
Notably, 50 MPs were registered and at least 53 deputies are required to ensure the quorum.
Today, the NA-Government Question-and-Answer is envisaged in accordance with the Rules of Procedure of the National Assembly.
