Member of the National Assembly Lena Nazaryan writes about the draft amendments to the NA Rules of Procedure:

“The draft is included so rapidly from the first reading to the second reading that even a member of the government has not been able to get acquainted and to express an opinion. That’s how this huge budget structure, the National Assembly, is engaged in the development of mechanisms which will impede dissolving the NA by virtue of law. Extra-parliamentary elections did not take place in May only having a purpose that the discredited political forces have the opportunity to review their political line and receive public support during new elections. Instead, the arrogance accumulated over the years does not allow some to take account of the changed situation and not contradict the will of the citizens. “

Nikol Pashinyan also expressed his opinion on the draft. “Anyone who will support this draft, is a representative of the anti-revolution movement”
