The title of the 115th video material of “Informed Citizen” program is: “Who can a Civil Case be initiated against during a Criminal Procedure?” Karen Hovhannisyan, Senior Advocate of “Armenia Against Corruption” project is the expert of the program. Initiation of a civil case in the frame work of the criminal procedure is aimed to restore the losses caused by the criminal offence through adhering the criminal procedural rules.
