The title of the 113th video material of “Informed Citizen” program is: “What are the Grounds for the State Registration of the Birth Act?” Gohar Kostanyan, AYLA Lawyer is the expert of the program. In case of the absence of state registration of the birth act the state registration of the child’s birth is realized based on the court decision which proves the fact of the birth and has entered into force.
The written statement for registration of the birth act must be submitted during one year since the birth of the child.
