Iravaban.net continues the new program “Informed Citizen,” which is aimed to inform the public on their rights through a video series. The title of the 93rd video material of “Informed Citizen” program is: “In which Cases and when to apply to the European Court?” Zaruhi Hovhannisyan, Legal Advisor of Yerevan Anti-Corruption Center is the expert of the program.
The EC can take the case into consideration only when the applicant has exhausted all domestic remedies of legal protection and during the six months starting from the date when the last decision of the domestic court was made.
