Advocate Anzhela Hobosyan did not come to today’s court hearing on the case of large-scale embezzlement by the former director of the sgool and the guard.
Presiding Judge Vardan Grigoryan, said that the defender had informed that she had broken her leg and shall not be able to attend the court hearings for about 25-30 days. Therefore, the court postponed the trial and set it on June 30.
Notably, according to accusation, in the period of 2009-2015, the director had employed 12 citizens, who actually did not come to work. But the director withdrew funds from the state budget in their names and received and appropriated especially large amounts of money, around 12 million AMD as remuneration and other mandatory payment.
