Today, Valeri Permyakov, accused of the murder of the Avetisyan family, was charged with another accusation by the General Department of the Especially Important Cases of the RA Investigative Committee in Gyumri.
By the preliminary investigation of the criminal case much evidence was acquired that on June 12, 2015, the murder of the Avetisyan family was accompanied by banditry. Besides, illegally breaking into the house and practicing a weapon he had stolen property and tried to cross illegally the RA state border.
By the preliminary investigation on the proceedings of the General Department of the Especially Important Cases it was revealed that Valeri Permyakov, a term soldier in the Military Unit N of Russian Military Base 102 in Gyumri, was on a guarding service on June 12, 2015. Around 2:00 he had voluntarily left his post and walked in Gyumri having the aim to obtain clothing and money.
Around 6:00, reaching the house 188, Myasnikyan Str., in Gyumri , he entered through the open door of the gates, broke into the house by extracting the window of the front door with his bayonet and opening the door from the inside, in order to steal property by using a weapon. With 28 shots he killed Aida Avetisyan, Hasmik Avetisyan, Seryozha Avetisyan, Armen Avetisyan, Araksya Poghosyan and under-age Hasmik Avetisyan, who lived in that house. Whereat, instead of implementing the criminal intentions mentioned above, he violently stroke helpless 6-month-old Seryozha Avetisyan 5 times with the bayonet on his gun, injuring his main organs, and as a result Seryozha died 7 days later in hospital.
According to the data of the preliminary investigation, during this robbery attack Valeri Permyakov stole a sport cap, trousers, a jacket, a pair of boots, “NOKIA 302”, “NOKIA 6300”, “NOKIA 7260” mobile phones, 6000 AMD and left the place.
Whereat, in order to cross illegally the Armenian state border he left the administrative area of Gyumri and reached the area of RA state border, which is protected by Bayandur picket of Russian frontier detachment # 2012 in Armenia. Around 17:00 he secretly passed the complex of frontier engineering technical construction in order to find secure ways of crossing the border, and then he returned planning to cross it at night.
The investigation found out that around 24:00 on the same day, he tried to cross illegally the area of Zone 1 of Bayandur Picket 12 of the Armenian state border, but he did not managed to implement his crime because at 00:12 on June 13 he was caught by the soldiers of Bayandur Picket.
On October 16, Valeri Permyakov was charged under Article 104, Part 2, Clauses 1, 5, 8, Article 175 Part 2, Clauses 3, 4, and article 34-329, Part 1 of the RA Criminal Code. V. Permyakov admitted his fault.
On the same day, the investigator announced about the end of the preliminary investigation.
