Pursuant to the RA Law on Making Addendum and Amendments in RA Code on Administrative Infringements, which was adopted on 7 February 2012, a number of amendments were made in the articles providing responsibility for the offences in the road traffic safety sphere, as well as in the articles providing the order of initiating administrative procedures for such cases. The Addendum and Amendments came into force since 2 June 2012.To avoid misunderstanding and irrelevant differences, we urge all traffic participants to get acquainted with the changes and to implement their road traffic rights explicitly in accordance with the norms established by legislation.
